Winning Together: A Look Back at the tipón Midyear 2025 Celebration

Despite the weather, the tipón Midyear 2025 celebration on July 25 was a powerful testament to our collective strength and determination. The event was a time to reflect on our achievements, align on future goals, and, most importantly, celebrate the incredible people who make up our winning team.

Charting Our Path Forward

The program began with an inspiring message from tipón President and General Manager, Engr. Michael Gonzalez, who outlined our strategic plan for the coming years: GO, GROW, and GLOW. This vision was followed by detailed financial reports from our leaders, including Business Performance Director Monica Galarido, Chief Finance Officer Joerence Talampas, and Chief Treasury Officer Dennis Qua.

We also heard from key departments about their strategic initiatives and projects for 2025.

• Administration and Member Development Group (MDG): Administrations Director Alyssa Batingal and Chief Member Development Officer Juella Caballero highlighted projects aimed at strengthening our internal operations and member support.
• tipón Enterprise Accounts Management (TEAM): Industrial Engineering Director Jin-jin Tan and IT Department Head Ian Peñalosa delivered exciting news on the launch of TEAM, along with updates on their departments' progress.
• Business Development, Communications, and Transition: Directors Engr. Allen Peralta, Engr. Donalyn Natorilla, and Kertni Rose Certeza explained the dynamic partnership between their groups. They also officially launched the first-ever tipón merchandise, which supports the Kapatid Scholarship Program.

Showcasing Our Success

Our business units took center stage to highlight their remarkable growth and achievements.

• Construction Groups: Chief Engineer Engr. Lexbee Nones, Contracting Head Engr. Arvi Doguiles, and Worklife Construction Head Dexter Batingal presented an impactful video showcasing their group's growth and resilience in overcoming challenges.
• Aviation and Logistics & Overseas Deployment: The collaboration between these groups was highlighted by Michael Ortiz and Richard Bonifacio, who provided an overview of their new overseas deployment initiatives in Japan.
• MSG Nationwide (NW) and IMG: Heads Angelique Divinagracia and Engr. Rodel Esguerra delivered an explosive performance before sharing news of their groups' success and bright future.
• MSG SM and NM: These teams exhibited confidence and pride as they highlighted their success in agribusiness, capped off with the exciting news of seven official contract signings with Dole Stanfilco.

The evening concluded with an inspiring and impactful message from tipón Chairman Gabriel Quemado II, who reinforced our mission and vision while emphasizing the Asiapro tagline, "Bawat Isa, Mahalaga" (Every Individual is Important).

A Night of Stars

The celebration ended on a high note with the Tanghalan ng tipón, where our talented members stole the show. Congratulations to our winners: Raven Doctor of Internal Audit (2nd Runner Up), Jomalyn Gadiana of Worklife Construction Group (1st Runner Up), and our champion, Racquel Tadina of the Industrial Engineering Department.

It was truly a night to remember, filled with inspiration, talent, and a powerful sense of community.
