To fulfill our ongoing commitment to Mt. Kitanglad Agri-Ventures Inc. (MKAVI), MSG-South Mindanao held a GGAP/GRASP Training on August 24–25 for 399 member-workers. Led by Sir Edgar Malinao, the sessions focused on aligning our workforce with crucial global standards for responsible agriculture, safety, and worker welfare.
"This is our initiative as our fulfillment for our commitment to MKAVI — to align our cooperative members with the GGAP and GRASP standards that MKAVI is accredited to."
Gerry Andrew M. Cain, MSG–SM Business Unit Head
Building a Culture of Safety
This training is part of MSG-SM’s broader mission to foster a workplace grounded in responsibility and quality. Next in the pipeline are First Aid Trainings, coordinated by MSG-SM Nurse Joyce, to further reinforce emergency preparedness.
From compliance to capability, MSG-SM continues to go beyond manpower provision—investing in our people to ensure better work, safer workplaces, and stronger partnerships.
