Managed Services Group – South Mindanao (MSG-SM), in partnership with Independent Manufacturing Group (IMG), officially began engagement with Millennium Specialty Coconut Products, Inc. (MSCPI) on February 2, 2026. This collaboration involves approximately 201 members for key positions, including Desheller, Parer, Dailies, Drilling, and Production Washers.

The partnership began taking shape on November 19, 2025, when MSG-SM met with the TMOMI-DBCOM group to explore labor service opportunities at MSCPI. After presenting various models, including head-based managed services and toll manufacturing, a follow-up meeting resulted in the final framework at the MSCPI Panabo plant on January 13, 2026, with IMG overseeing PMO operations and MSG-SM managing head-based support personnel.

This engagement marked another milestone of tipón, as MSG-SM, in partnership with IMG, provided skilled labor solutions and strengthened collaborations with key players in the coconut industry. Together, we won as a team and achieved a successful partnership that benefited our members and the communities we serve.
