Exploring New Paths: Mapping the Future of tipón

To build a resilient federation, we must continuously explore new ideas that keep us moving forward. Recently, critical heads from across our group of cooperatives came together to explore one of the paths tipón can take to shape our future operations: the Output-Based Engagement Framework.

The market continues to evolve toward solution-based services, and this training provided a valuable opportunity to look at how these elements might align with our long-term goals. It is all about mapping out future possibilities without losing sight of our core values.

A huge thank you to Kertnie Certeza and Emerson Tumibay for expertly facilitating the session and guiding the group through interesting topics like readiness evaluation, industrial engineering methodologies, and financial frameworks.

Training Highlights & Member Feedback

The session sparked some great conversations and earned an impressive overall rating of 4.87.

"The 3-Win Framework is the foundation and the guiding principle that a successful toll manufacturing (output-based operations) should [work] not only for the client but also for the members and for the cooperative. And that it will lead to engagement sustainability & long term success."

Here are a few more key takeaways our members shared about exploring this framework:

  • "My greatest takeaway from the training is understanding the value of output-based engagement and how it shifts the focus from managing headcount to delivering concrete deliverables. This approach can improve efficiency, accountability and value for clients, and provide our cooperative with an opportunity to transition from traditional headcount service model."
  • "My key takeaway is that the 3-Win state creates a win-win situation for the client, member & Asiapro. The client benefits from lowest cost while Asiapro earns more when productivity increases."
  • "It really helps to understand how it operates and the beneficiaries of toll. Both client, coop and members benefits on this."

Exploring the output-based model is just one way we are keeping an open mind about the future. By continuously learning and evaluating new frameworks, we can ensure that we are always moving in a direction that supports our members and our shared success.
