To build a resilient federation, we must continuously explore new ideas that keep us moving forward. Recently, critical heads from across our group of cooperatives came together to explore one of the paths tipón can take to shape our future operations: the Output-Based Engagement Framework.
The market continues to evolve toward solution-based services, and this training provided a valuable opportunity to look at how these elements might align with our long-term goals. It is all about mapping out future possibilities without losing sight of our core values.
A huge thank you to Kertnie Certeza and Emerson Tumibay for expertly facilitating the session and guiding the group through interesting topics like readiness evaluation, industrial engineering methodologies, and financial frameworks.
