tnalak IMGs Assembly and Re Orientation Program

Last January 06, 2024, Tnalak IMG conducted their Assembly and Re-orientation program before their resumption of operations, the event was attended by 563 members. They also invited their speakers from Franklin Baker, and Tnalak Members. Joined by a DOLE representative Ms. Cecilia Duo facilitating the discussion on topics such as Holiday Pay, Paid up leaves, Authorized Deductions, 13th Month Computation, SIL payment and entitlement, Management prerogative, and Employees responsibilities.

They awarded 6 members with Perfect in attendance from the 4th quarter of last year. The event conducted ice breakers that gave the members the chance to enter the raffle. The final part of the event was for the attendance boosting program, IMG initiated a Motorcycle Raffle Bonanza. Luckily, Mr. Albarito Ampon one of the Sheller brings home the Branch New Motorcycle as our Grand Prize winner.
